Commissions

As of September 2023, I’m now accepting paid commissions for writing.

To request a commission, fill out this form and I’ll get back to you.

For more information on commissions, read on…

Why get a commission?

Put simply; to get me to write your specific masking fantasy. Whatever it might be (within reason, see below), I’ll write it for you, trying my best to make it as intense, erotic and exciting as you want it to be.

More importantly it’ll be tailored for you – your specific desires, your details, your character choices.

  • If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at writing down a fantasy you have but haven’t been able to, I can help.
  • If you’ve ever thought about an alternate take on a scene I wrote, or expanding on some moment from TV or film, or just imagined that cute girl you met was actually more than she seemed… I can help.

I’m looking forward to writing something you’ll love.

How do I request a commission?

Please fill out this form. It’s pretty detailed, but it’ll help me a lot to get started for you. It’ll also ensure I remain organized.

How does the commission process work?

  1. You fill out the request form.
  2. I will email you to confirm if I’m writing the story (or not). We’ll agree on final projected word count.
  3. You will pay 50% of the final cost up-front (we will discuss payment methods).
  4. I will write the story. I’ll give you an estimate on delivery time when we agree the word count.
  5. After the story is finished, I’ll contact you and the final 50% of the cost will be paid by you.
  6. I’ll deliver you the final story in the format specified.

What’s the difference between a ‘normal’ and ‘private’ commission?

Normal commissions are written specifically for you, but I may choose in the future to share them, either for free or as part of an anthology (which I really hope I’ll be able to do!). As such, they’re cheaper than private commissions.

Private commissions are exactly that; completely private to you. They will not be shared or reprinted in the future. Because of that, they cost more, as I don’t stand to make further revenue on them. A private commission is ideal if you want to create something that may contain personal details about yourself or anyone else – or you just prefer keeping your specific desires private.

Will I be associated with my commission in public in some way?

No, you will not. If you commission me ‘normally’, if I do share the commission in future, I’ll mention it was a commission, but there won’t be any mention of you in an identifiable way. I may attribute commissions to specific people by using a ‘codename’. For example “This story was commissioned by Mr. GW”, but no-one will ever be able to connect a commission to you, unless of course, you choose to disclose somewhere.

Why are you charging for commissions?

I’m a writer who gets paid for his work. It’s that simple. I spend considerable time and effort on every piece of writing, and deserve to be paid for that time and effort. You are also getting a piece of writing that’s specific to you, which I may have never written on my own – as such, there’s a cost associated which is higher because of the potentially smaller audience, and the fact that it’s yours.

Frankly, anyone not charging for commissions is severely undervaluing their time and effort. Pay for your art. Support artists.

How much do commissions cost?

At launch, commissions start at $30 for an approximately 1,000 word normal commission, i.e. one that may be shared or republished in future. This is a ‘launch price’ and will go up in future.

To put that cost in perspective, to write a 1,000 word story can easily take 3 hours (after research and discussion). $10/hour isn’t a lot for anyone’s labor.

How can I pay for a commission?

I’m open to a variety of different payment methods – Paypal, Venmo, etc etc. When you request a commission we’ll discuss this to ensure we’re both comfortable with how you pay.

Can I get revisions on my commission after it’s completed?

I’ll be happy to make minor changes to a commission after it’s completed, like changing details (names, places etc) or scenes, to a degree. If they are major changes, I reserve the right to charge for those changes.

Can I read other people’s commissions?

Hopefully in the future, yes! If someone commissions a piece then unless they pay for it to be private, I hope to share commissions in some form in the future. Stay tuned.

What sort of thing will you write?

If you’re here, I’m pretty sure you know what I’ll write, but here are some guidelines:

Transformation scenes of any kind (M2F, M2M, F2F, F2M).

  • Sexy scenes (from ‘tame’ to ‘explicit’ – you decide).
  • Solo and group scenes.
  • Stories involving real people (famous or not).

In addition, you can check out these different examples of stories that fit the commission ‘mold’ in terms of word count and short, self-contained ideas:

What sort of thing won’t you write?

  • Incest or any suggestion of incest.
  • Anything involving non-consensual sexual acts (i.e. rape).
  • Anything involving extreme and explicit violence.
  • Anything else… at my discretion. It’s my call in the end.

How long will it take a commission to be completed?

It will vary depending on the requested length and how busy I might be. I’ll try my best to give you an estimate when we’ve agreed on the length and details, and I’ll keep you informed as I progress.

Can I read my commission before it’s finished?

Because any piece of fiction can and will be revised and rewritten before it’s finished, I won’t share works in progress. You can be as specific as you want when you commission to ensure you get what you want.

Can I share my commission with others?

Every commission will be shared with a Creative Commons license, specifically an Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license. That means that yes, you can share as long as I’m attributed as the author; the original work isn’t altered in any way; and it’s not re-sold. I retain copyright on all commissions, even private ones.

What format will a commission be delivered in?

That’ll be up to you – choices are available in the request form including Google Doc, PDF, Word or ebook format.

Are there any extras available as add-ons?

Why yes there are! I’m offering the possibility of adding AI-generated artwork and/or AI-generated audio versions of your commission for a small ‘upgrade’ fee. Again, details are in the form.

A couple of examples of AI art are found in The Scholarship. You can listen to example audio versions of The Assignment and I Am Her.

I’d love to commission you but I feel like I don’t have a really good idea.

That’s fine! You don’t have to have a detailed, in-depth idea to ask for a commission. You can ask for something as simple as a transformation/making scene, something sexy or anything else. Fill in the form, give me the details you have and we can work something out.

I’ve got another question you didn’t cover here.

Head over to the Contact page and you can email me, or, you guessed it, fill in the form.
